Terms and Conditions

DORDADOR DELIVERY is a product of DK RESOURCE LLC.  DORDADOR DELIVERY currently services only the Durham, NC area.  Some exceptions may be made for closer local cities, an additional fee may apply.                                            

HOURS OF OPERATION:                                                                                                                                                                                             Sunday thru Saturday 10a to 10p.  Open on Some Major Holidays.                                                                                  

REFUND:                                                                                                                                                                                                                            In the event that your payment is taken after hours, your payment will be refunded the following morning to the recorded payment method.  Refunds to your bank could take 1 to 7 business days.   If your DORDADOR DELIVERY is cancelled within 5 minutes of placing your DORDADOR DELIVERY order, you will immediately refunded full price of $9 USD and avoid late cancellation surcharge fee of $3.50 USD.   

CANCELLATION:                                                                                                                                                                                                                To Cancel an order you may text/call to contact the driver via the contact number that the driver contacted you.  You must cancel order within 5 minutes after placing your  DELIVERY ORDER with DORDADOR DELIVERY to avoid a $3.50 USD late cancellation surcharge fee.                                                                   

PRODUCTS:                                                                                                                                                                                                              DORDADOR DELIVERY will deliver food, non alcoholic beverages, retail/department store items, medical items, clothing, accessories, mail, packages, boxed furniture, appliances and more.  DORDADOR DELIVERY currenlty does not deliver and tobacco or marijuana products.  Feel free to contact DORDADOR DELIVERY with any inquiries at dkresourcellc2025@gmail.com.
